Mindful Art
Mindful Art is an artistic approach to creating life-in-balance.  It is a series of painting classes that will open your mind to experience life from a different prospective.  Mindful Art was created to help those who are looking for a new hobby, to eliminate stress, find healing and purpose.  
I start with with basic painting techniques from learning about the materials to subject matter, values, color mixing and overall composition.
I work with individuals, corporate teams, family and friend gatherings and charitable fundraisers.  Each session includes an art experience and discussion.
