Mindful Art
Mindful Art is an artistic approach to creating life-in-balance. It is a series of painting classes that will open your mind to experience life from a different prospective. Mindful Art was created to help those who are looking for a new hobby, to eliminate stress, find healing and purpose.
I start with with basic painting techniques from learning about the materials to subject matter, values, color mixing and overall composition.
Laura Heatherly works with individuals, corporate teams, family and freind gatherings and charitable fundraisers. Each session includes an art experience and discussion.
